Cancellation Policy - Cancellations affect us significantly, because of our small size. Although we understand emergencies happen, last minute cancellations often do not give us time to re-rent your rooms. If you call to cancel at least 21 days prior to your first night's stay, we will refund your deposit, less a $20.00 fee. After that we charge the full amount of the stay, and any refund is dependent on our ability to re-rent the room. WE do not refund for partial cancellation, non-arrival or early departure.
